We are so grateful to The Vow Company for all of the work they put into helping us plan our wedding over seven months! We were in a unique position when we started planning because we were a long distance couple and neither of us lived in the area we chose to have our wedding, with only seven months to put everything together. During our search for a planner, many other planners we had spoken to felt our budget and timeline was too difficult and not realistic. Because we instantly clicked with Nimisha, were assured that our budget and timeline was doable, and even got some advice from the first initial call, we knew they were the right fit for us. One of the things we appreciated most was how much time they spent helping us find the right vendors. We are both very particular and had a specific vision for our wedding. They gave us so many different options, continued looking for alternatives when we couldn’t find what we wanted, and gave us valuable recommendations and advice when uncertain until we found vendors that suited us. Having their knowledge of vendors in the area was especially valuable when we were planning everything from a distance. They were also great at helping us stay conscious of our budget. Early on, they helped us think through what mattered most to us and where we wanted to prioritise our spending, and we kept us on track throughout the planning process. We are so happy that we were ultimately able to create the wedding we envisioned while staying within our budget. Their communication throughout the entire planning process made a huge difference to us. They were incredibly responsive, easy to reach and very approachable. We felt comfortable being completely open about what we liked, didn’t like or wanted to change. They also coordinated with our vendors, attended meetings on our behalf and with us, and were there for our wedding rehearsal leading to the wedding. We also really appreciated how professional and organised they were throughout the process. The way they presented their work, along with the guides, checklists and planning materials they provided, made it much easier for us to understand what needed to be done and keep track of all the details. Everything was presented clearly and thoughtfully, which gave us confidence that the planning was being handled carefully. On the wedding day, the team took care of setting up and making sure the décor was ready, and worked hard to keep everything moving and coordinated throughout the day, even when the schedule encountered delays outside of their control. Looking back, we really appreciate just how much work went into the months leading up to our wedding. Planning a wedding in seven months, from another location, while working within a defined budget and having a very particular vision was no small task, and The Vow Company put a huge amount of time and effort into helping us bring it all together. We truly could not have pulled off our wedding without Nimisha, Naimul, and Bhavi. They were nothing short of incredible. From the weeks leading up to the wedding, they went completely above and beyond to make sure every single detail was accounted for. Their Excel tracker alone was a game changer, so organized, thorough, and easy to follow, it gave us so much confidence that everything was under control. They seamlessly took over all vendor communications, ensuring everyone was aligned, on schedule, and exactly where they needed to be. On the wedding day itself, they executed everything flawlessly. Not a single detail was missed. What meant the most, though, was how they showed up for us personally. They felt like family, checking in on us, bringing food to the bridal suite, making sure we had everything we needed (even the smallest details like pens for our guestbook!), and coordinating special announcements with the DJ without us having to think twice. Beyond their undeniable talent and exceptional organizational and party planning skills, they brought such a great energy and sense of humour to the entire experience. Working with them was not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. We can’t recommend them enough.

We had an amazing experience with Nimisha, Vritti, and Rebecca for our wedding! We were referred to Nimisha by friends whose wedding that we attended. They had highly recommended Nimisha and she absolutely lived up to the recommendation. I hired the Vow Company for day-of coordination and it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. From the get go, they were professional, kind and provided their expertise and recommendations. It was very clear what they needed from me to do their job and it made it easy for me to prepare. Once I handed-off the planning and vendor contact the week before, I was able to be present and focus on the time spent with loved ones leading up to the wedding, rather than stressing about last-minute details. Nimisha did a great job running the rehearsal and all of our meetings. Chelsea was a STAR as the lead coordinator on the day of, attending to my needs and making sure we stayed on schedule and got all the photos we wanted which were my biggest priorities. And Rebecca did a great job setting up all of our DIY decor. Thanks to them, I was able to be fully present on one of the best days of my life. My friends and family were also able to be present, focused on celebrating us, and having a good time since there was nothing for them to do.
